  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed in your cart before completing your purchase.

  • We offer flat-rate shipping, free shipping promotions on orders over a certain amount, or rates based on the customer’s location.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (USPS / FedEx / UPS): 3 to 7 business days

  • Express Shipping (UPS / FedEx Express): 1 to 3 business days

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Texas.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Address Changes or Errors

  • Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address when placing your order.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete.

  • Address changes after the order has been processed may be subject to additional charges and delays.

Damages or Losses

  • HEMAR Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after being handed over to the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance and possible replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
